Rules & Regulations

  • All exhibitors must complete setup by 7:00 PM on September 2nd, 2025.

    Late arrivals may not be accommodated.

    Exhibitors are responsible for the security of their own property during the event.

    No items may be affixed to the walls or floors in a manner that causes damage.

    All electrical equipment must be PAT tested and certified safe for use.

    Exhibitors must remove all materials and waste from their booth space during dismantling.

    Any damage caused to the venue or booth equipment will be charged to the exhibitor.

    All exhibits must comply with Ghanaian laws and regulations.
