We are excited to welcome exhibitors to the Ghana Transport and Logistic Fair 2025. To ensure a smooth and successful event for all, please review the following guidelines and booth setup specifications carefully before registering.

Rules & Regulations

All exhibitors must complete setup by 7:00 PM on June 27, 2025.

Late arrivals may not be accommodated.

Exhibitors are responsible for the security of their own property during the event.

No items may be affixed to the walls or floors in a manner that causes damage.

All electrical equipment must be PAT tested and certified safe for use.

Exhibitors must remove all materials and waste from their booth space during dismantling.

Any damage caused to the venue or booth equipment will be charged to the exhibitor.

All exhibits must comply with Ghanaian laws and regulations.
